The Stihl FS 70R is the newest Stihl line trimmer in the range. This unit is more powerful and more efficient than previous models in the same field resulting in longer run times and fewer refuels. It generates more power than the FS 56 RC-E but runs the same cable drive shaft you have come to know and love in these Stihl models. Its durable and the connecting rod is forged for extra strength and a 4-bearing gearbox and backed by a generous 2-year warranty.

	Protected Choke Lever Stihl has listened to the feedback they received on the older FS 55 models and the exposed choke lever being susceptible to being broken as it sticks out is an issue they have fixed. It is now tucked away under the air filter casing protecting it from being accidentally broken off!
