The Flextool FSP200 surface scarifier which is also known as a concrete planer is a surface preparation tool designed to be used on all concrete and asphalt surfaces. This tool carries a generous 20cm scarifying path that can be used to roughen concrete surfaces and enable fast removal of thicker film of coating such as epoxy. This method then allows for a successful bonding between the surface and binding material.
