Postage:
Our primary means of freighting most items is via Australia Post. Certain couriers may be selected by the user where available but we reserve the right to use Australia Post as our main logistics company when we see fit.
Some larger and bulkier items may show "TBC" (to be confirmed) in the shopping cart when checking out: If your postage costs are not calculated in the shopping cart and TBC is seen please complete the sale and we will contact you with the cost of postage within 24 - 48 hours, if you are not happy with the price we will happily refund the money. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will endeavor to get you a quote to ship the item
Items purchased online will be shipped within 2-3 business days and will usually take between 5-10 working days to reach their destinations. Longer delays are expected over public holidays and Christmas time as postal services are closed and congestion is expected. In the event of an unexpected delay, the consumer will be contacted immediately to be informed.
Goods (parts) held to be "available" are drawn from a warehouse in each state - this is our 2-3 day processing period. Our stock levels are a live indication of the supplier's warehouse stock levels and therefore will show an item as "available" if we have the ability to source it quickly, not all spares are kept locally on the shelf. There can be small discrepancies though and sometimes available items may not actually be there and if that is the case we will try our hardest to source an alternative and call you or refund you the full amount. Once the goods arrive we will then post the goods to the delivery location you selected. Understandably, when drawing products from other warehouses sometimes there can be unforeseen delays and items may not be shipped within the 2-3 hour period. If this is the case - and it is feasible - goods will be express posted.
P.S: When ordering Honda parts some unique/ older parts may be placed under back order through Honda and therefore a longer delay may be expected than the 5-10 business days noted. If this is the case a staff member will be in contact with you A.S.A.P.
*Henderson Mowers & Chainsaws also reserve the right to quote a higher fee for postage on Honda products when they are extremely heavy or large items.
Henderson Mowers also reserves the right to cancel any orders with free shipping if the shipping costs outweigh the profit in the item. Sometimes remote areas can be costly to reach and if this is the case a full refund will be issued at the earliest convenience.
Delivery & Pick-up
Henderson Mowers and Chainsaws provides an efficient delivery and pick-up service available at your discretion. Due to the continuous changing of weight and dimensions of large machinery please call to obtain a quote for delivery.
We can deliver and demonstrate new machinery in your backyard if you are in the Ballarat area, ensuring you know exactly what you are doing the first time you use your new equipment. While we can also pick up and drop off mowers that require maintenance too.

We are also happy to load a mower onto a crate for your convenience if you would prefer to arrange your own courier to pick up the machinery.
PLEASE NOTE: We also have a courtesy trailer and ramps available to customers free of charge. All that is required is you call and book the trailer prior to use and fill out a form on arrival, thanks.
