This mulch kit converts the Toro TimeCutter fabricated cutting deck into a mulching beast. This keeps the lawn clippings underneath the deck and cuts them up finer and spreads them for a cleaner looking lawn.
Please be mindful that mulch kits are for maintained lawns only that are cut on a regular basis. Using mulch kits on lawns that are too long results in burnt belts/ belts breaking.
