Stihl Rollomatic .404 .063 59"

The Stihl Rollematic E Super is a solid machined guide bar constructed and designed by Stihl using high-grade steel with the grove milled out and the replaceable sprocket nose riveted in place. The sprocket of the bar is incorporated in the replaceable sprocket nose assembly which carries the saw chain smoothly from the top of the bar to the bottom and is easily replaceable when it wears without having to replacer the whole bar!

The sprocket on the nose of the bar helps to carry the saw chain through the process of transferring from the top of the bar to the bottom. This process helps to reduce the wear of the bar and allows the nose of the bar to be constructed in a narrower design to improve jobs like limbing and boring (not applicable for this bar - if your milling with a 59" bar, your a bloody giant). All Stihl bar's are designed with a narrow nose to help reduce kickback tendencies.
